Since its creation of the universe, there was a science, it passed through the various stages and reached contemporary period. Scientists have worked throughout history, conducted searches, even despite were sentenced to death while insisting on own words but they did not leave it. It is not accidental that as says in Korani- Kerim: "The ink of pen of scientist is precious than a blood of martyr." This is the price of science in Islam.

Mukhtar Rzagulu oglu Abduyev was born in Uchqovaq village of Agdash region in 1926 in the family of gardener. He had lost parents at young age. His mother dies in 1940, and father in 1942.
